New features
- Interpreting document fraud results has never been easier with the new recommended outcome feature! The Recommended Outcome parameter enables easier interpretation of the document verification results and provides “
Accept,”Reject,”Manual Review,” “Retry,” and “Undeterminable” responses. With this, we wanted to simplify the integration of document verification into your workflow without needing expert knowledge. - Customize product behavior based on use case: A few simple settings allow for defining product capabilities, such as verification strategy and sensitivity, without changing all match levels. Adjusting the match levels is still available for those needing advanced configuration.
- Handling the fully cropped images: When fully cropped images should not be accepted and can’t be verified, the processing status and a detailed message are returned.
- Photocopy check: A failure in the photocopy check will result in a failure within the verification object, simplifying the logic and making it easier to interpret.
- Overview of all configurations in one place: The field
optionsUsedprovides an overview of all settings for each option, making analytics and iterations easier. - More efficient debugging: With the traceId field, which links a unique ID to each transaction, debugging is easier.
- Compatibility with BlinkID 6.13
Expanded coverage
- We added support for data format checks for US and Caribbean documents.
- We now support the latest US driver’s licenses (2024 DLs and IDs from North Carolina, Michigan, Mississippi, and Wyoming).
- We extended the coverage for data checks outside of the US.
